As a vintage linen collector -- whenever I see redwork embroidery -- I just LIGHT UP.
At the local Quilt Show this fall -- this quilt was one of my favorites.
There were vendor tables, selling al kinds of fabulous treasure. This is a great way to make use of your vintage linens....and you know what a big fan I am....

Yes -- it's a vintage woman's glove. Stuffed to become a pincushion....
I AM SO DELIGHTED. What a beautiful, useful gift. Maybe you have your grandmother's gloves...it would be a nice way to pass them down to the next generation.
