Nancy's Sewing Weekend Pics

If you have never been to Nancy's Notions in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin -- GO NOW. Here's a shot of the actual retail store...although they change it around a lot before the weekend event. But they are open six (or seven?) days a week. Hey -- check out their website for driving directions and their actual store hours: Nancy's Notions

During Sewing Weekend, they have lots of hands-on classes going on...

This is Pam Mahschie -- the woman behind the Baby Lock Education Program!! Her parents live in the area, so she ALWAYS looks forward to sewing weekend...

Pam has a huge traveling schedule doing Baby Lock classes -- and we (Pam, me, Dianne and Mary) enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Walker's Bakery during our visit to Beaver Dam.

I usually take a picture of the fried potatoes...AND NOBODY DOES 'EM BETTER THAN WALLKERS...but I've discovered, much to my dismay, that most people do not share my passion for fried potato pictures...

  1. I love what I see of Pam's jacket.

Also, I've been to almost all of the sewing weekends in Beaver Dam of the past sixteen years. You, Mary Mulari, and Nancy Zieman herself are always the highlights of the event.
