On Friday Night, the kids are here and we watch our "shows". As you know, we learned a lot from watching the Bachelorette -- and we all love America's Got Talent.
American Ninja Warrior is a favorite...and Lilly LOVES any baking competition shows. The Kid's Baking Championship is a current favorite...and she really enjoys being in the kitchen and creating something delicious to share with her family, neighbors and friends.
Fall is in the air -- and she made some pumpkin spice muffins, with a brown sugar topping, and BACON...yummo!!
Last weekend, she wanted to make S'mores Cupcakes...
We got out the necessary ingredients: cake mix, marshmallows, graham crackers, and Hershey Chocolate bars...

| Her original idea was to put the marshmallow on top of the graham cracker crumbs, then add the cake batter on top of that... |

But that was an epic fail. The marshmallow blew up -- then exploded,collapsed...and kind of disappeared...

| The BEST turned out to be: graham cracker bottom, then cupcake batter...cook it -- then add the marshmallow on top and pop back in the oven until the marshmallow blows up... |

| Bring it OUT of the oven, and add the chocolate to the top...the residual heat will melt the chocolate.. |
