Fat Camp: A Typical Day

There was a rhythm to every day of Fitness Camp. Every meal was delivered to our condo...so, we started the day with breakfast out on our little balcony...then we were down in the gym by 8:00.  The first workout session was 90 minutes. THEN, there would be an hour break...with a second morning session that was also 90 minutes.

Sometimes, we took the beach walk up to John's Pass (it's about a mile one way). So that's a two mile walk in SAND, people. And that's hard!!
But, it's SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WALK...Holy Cow...
There were birds, and shells, and....then....
Every morning -- the city sent out their fleet of John Deere tractors to comb the beach...
On this day, we were back to the gym in the afternoon for a Pilates session with Debbi.
IT WAS A BRUTAL workout...worse than the sled and those big ropes...ugh...
She looks like a harmless little woman -- but she is a little aerobics robot.  I'm pretty sure she's German.  And her legs and arms are steel springs...Kathleen lost 13.5 pounds in one week!!  GREAT JOB
