AFTER the parade, the kids and I walked to one of our favorite places -- Sippi's in downtown Davenport. The first time we ever went there was quite by accident, that year Lilly was five and we attended our first Holiday Parade. Their cheese fries are something people TRAVEL for miles to eat!! and we're just a few blocks away.
