Breakfast Club/Mary/Christmas

Oh, yeah, when Mary visits Iowa -- SHE HAS A VERY BUSY DANCE CARD. One of the fun activities I planned was a dinner with my breakfast club. Yes, I know that sounds funny. And actually -- remember -- we are a BOOK CLUB!! But lately, we eat more than we read....so I'm just being honest...
As you know -- we OFTEN do a sew-and-tell. Sandy brought the fabulous Thomas Train quilt she is making for her grandson....actually -- it's a PLAY MAT...sooo cute.

Linda P. has twin daughters. One of them is getting their Great-grandmother's picnic basket -- with that wonderful appliqued picnic quilt. Remember? All the embroidered ant designs.
The problem, of course, is that she has TWO daughters and ONE picnic basket...

But I'm sure one of Mary's personalized aprons will make up for it, Linda...(yes, that was sarcasm)...
